I woke up at about 10 a.m., drank a banana cocktail for breakfast and was ready for the day.

It was extremely hot outside and I hid in the bedroom reading a book. Initially, I had different plans for the second part of the day but suddenly realised that it was high time to be physically and emotionally active.

3 hours later I was in my father`s garage waiting for father to pump the wheels of my bike. It was my second time I hit the streets of my hometown, which was both exciting and scary as the bike was too big for me (at least I thought so although father told I didn’t understand anything). It was challenging to climb it as there was a frame, which was never an option for me with my clumsy skills.

Later I met Kate and we hit the road (yes, once again). Firstly, we rode to the Karinsky Bridge. We spent no time on admiring the view from the bridge, I was afraid lest I dropped something like a phone or glasses in the river, so we passed the bridge and explored another river bank. We cycled along the field of yellow flowers and were caught by mosquitos but we managed to take some photos of us. It seems like I`m better at taking photos that looking nice at them. I was disappointed by my sense of modelling (as always) but still, I can share some of them here.

After being stung by insects we cycled towards Katya`s dacha, which was located at another end of the town. We had some fun on our way, I felt cool like I was a professional riding a bike on the road surface, not along the sidewalk.

The dacha was cosy and cute. Kate engaged me in some kind of psychological test. I hope I didn’t fail it. The way home was short and I explored some parts of Kirovo-Chepetsk where I had never been.

I was pretty much tired when at about 8 p.m. we were at the crossing in the best street in the hometown. It grew darker but the sky was magnificent, the colours were unique. I was standing with two bikes waiting for Kate to come back from a supermarket admiring the atmosphere.

We said goodbye to each other and came home. I was very much pleased to have spent such a lovely evening with a wonderful person.

30 minutes later I was in the stadium doing my everyday physical routine — jogging. \//
